March 24 - Ada Lovelace Day and My First Blog

I have been procrastinating in publishing my blogs even though I know very well the importance of blogging and twittering in these days. Finally I decided that I must write something today (March 24). What a day I picked (unknowingly). March 24 is the "Ada Lovelace Day" - dedicated to blogs about women involved in technology and technology related matters. My pick is my (ex) manger at Capital One - Kristi Cunningham. She taught me how to become a good team leader from a developer. She gave me the support and morale I needed to develop myself in the technology field. She is still at Capital One (and working her way through the corporate politics), I moved on to starting my own company. However, I still carry that torch for her for encouraging me and helping me through my career...
